February 18th....
Feels good to be alive,hail and hearty....blessings to the most High...#morning prayers
Now,lying on my bed,then doing the stretches and yawns....
planning the days' activities,that done.....
Now here's my beauty secret ....to keep you fit and healthy....
I take my two glasses of water,
Now I hit my sit up bench,i do 20 situps...(u can start off wit 5 though,just make sure it's consistent and u are comfy with it)
After that, i get down with my chores...
Then YES,breakfast,heres another secret,dont skip breakfast if u wanna loose some weight....now we need to get it right though....breakfast should not be heavy....(update later on what our breakfast menu should look like)
Breakfast today is gonna be oats n 2 slices of bread and scrambled eggs....#yummy
I'll keep you updated on how my day goes....
